Joe, I wish that there was a place that you could post that so everyone could see it. Luckily, we were raised by a truck driver, and learned early on the do’s and don’t.
1. Don’t slow them down when they are gaining speed to go up a hill.
2. When a lane is ending and they need to merge, get out of the way.
3. When they turn on there blinker, and you are in that lane, flash your lights so that they know that you see them, and are leaving room for them to change lanes.

And one thing I did learn, on a trip with Mary. Wave and be courtious to the truckers on the road. The road is a long lonely place to be sometimes. On the way to Montana, we would wave at the truck drivers and smile. We had two little kids with us. It was nighttime. Lo and Behold, Mary’s Datsun over heated and we were stuck on the road, and one of those nice truck drivers we had waved at stopped and got us on the road again.

Again, A little kindness goes a long way. Why can’t everyone remember 9/11. We were all so nice to each other for a while. Sad that we can’t do that everyday.

Regarding the Pub Crawl of 8 Dec. The Old Spotted Hen at the Red House is named after the MG yes the Brit sports car, yard hack. A smooth mild dark amber ale. At Malarkey’s I choose a porter. It was brewed just a few miles away in Snoqualmie. This suggests another microbrewery tasting trip to the little town of Snowqualmie in the near future.
